RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.You will be responsible for shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged item or there is an error with your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will help you resolve the issue and provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges, but if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new article. Shipping costs will be at your expense.
European Union 14-day reflection period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds
If your return is approved due to our error or a defective item, we will refund your return shipping costs. Please retain your receipt or proof of shipping for refund purposes.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@bullnoire.com.
Returns process

1. SUBJECT: defective/wrong product – order number n.
2. Describe the irregularity in the body of the email
3. Please include clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect product
4. You will be contacted within 24/48 hours by one of our operators to resolve the problem
You will be responsible for shipping costs and will need to provide us with a tracking number.
Bullnoire will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identification and traceability and will also not be held responsible for tampered packages.
